Launch list privacy notice.

What we collect

When you join the launch list, we collect the email address you submit, the optional hardware-interest selection you choose, and confirmation status and timestamps. The hosting provider may also process standard request information needed to operate and protect the form, such as an IP address, timestamp, and browser metadata.

How we use it

We use this information to send zOvermind launch and pilot-access updates, understand which hardware people want supported, prevent abuse, and operate the signup service. We do not sell launch-list information.

Service providers

Amazon Web Services hosts the site, processes form submissions, and delivers confirmation and launch-list email on our behalf. Google Workspace receives replies sent to the published reply address.

Retention and your choices

Unconfirmed signups expire after 48 hours. We retain a confirmed signup while the launch list is active or until it is no longer needed for the purposes above. You can unsubscribe using a link in a launch email. You can also reply to a launch email to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your signup information.

Changes

If the signup flow or our data practices materially change, this page will be updated before the new practice applies.
